Hello Yoginis and Yogis ! my thoughts on Vinyasa Yoga

I am talking about Vinyasa Yoga because I love what it offers for the mind and body ! Vinyasa yoga is called a myriad of things but ultimately it is a moving posture flow which allows you, the student, to move their body in a holistic and spiritual way. In other words Vinyasa means to connect the movement in the body with mindfulness awareness thru breath.
Sometimes I hear my students say "I felt so free" or "this is my religion" and in many ways you are free and home with yourself , free from distractions and open to something greater. I invite anyone to come to our Vinyasa class on Thursday evening you will love your experience !
Peace Love and Light
Shelly at Middle River yoga in Stafford, ct
